HAC-PTZ-W2990V6 — 4G Mobile Robotic Security Camera
The HACVIO HAC-PTZ-W2990V6 introduces a different approach to remote surveillance by combining a security camera with a remotely controlled mobile platform. Instead of monitoring an environment from a permanently fixed installation point, the camera can physically move through the monitored area, allowing users to inspect different locations from a single mobile device.
Equipped with 4G cellular connectivity, a dual-motor drive system and tracked movement, the HAC-PTZ-W2990V6 is designed for specialized monitoring applications where conventional fixed cameras may leave areas outside their field of view.
Remote-Controlled Mobile Surveillance
The defining feature of the HAC-PTZ-W2990V6 is its ability to move throughout the monitoring area.
Two independent motors drive the tracked platform, allowing the unit to travel forward and backward and change direction remotely. This gives the operator the ability to reposition the camera according to changing monitoring requirements rather than being limited to the original installation angle.
The tracked design also provides a stable platform for movement across suitable indoor surfaces and other relatively even environments.
Standalone 4G Connectivity
Built-in 4G cellular connectivity eliminates the requirement for a local WiFi router or fixed broadband connection.
Once a compatible active SIM card is installed, the camera can establish its own internet connection for remote access. This makes the system particularly valuable in locations where conventional network infrastructure is unavailable or impractical.
Remote Access with V360 PRO
The HAC-PTZ-W2990V6 works with the V360 PRO mobile application, providing remote access to live video and supported camera controls.
More importantly, the application also provides control over the robotic platform itself. Users can remotely change the unit’s direction and move the camera toward different areas requiring inspection, transforming remote viewing into a more interactive surveillance experience.
8MP Imaging & Night Monitoring
The camera provides a specified 8MP image resolution, delivering detailed visual monitoring for everyday security and remote inspection applications.
Integrated infrared illumination extends surveillance into low-light and dark environments, with a specified night-vision range of up to 15 meters. This allows the mobile platform to remain useful during nighttime monitoring as well as during daylight operation.
Two-Way Audio & Active Alarm
An integrated microphone and speaker enable two-way voice communication between the remote operator and people near the camera.
The system also incorporates an alarm function, adding an active response capability alongside live monitoring and remote movement.
Designed for Specialized Monitoring Environments
Unlike a conventional fixed surveillance camera, the HACVIO HAC-PTZ-W2990V6 can be repositioned without requiring the operator to physically visit the site.
This makes it particularly suitable for warehouses, workshops, villas, construction projects, large indoor facilities, exhibition areas and other environments where different sections may need to be inspected at different times.
Its IP66-rated enclosure also provides protection against dust and water exposure, expanding the range of environments in which the unit can be deployed.
